What WE DID WELL

(Answers:674)

The medical assistant was very friendly and sat with me through the registration process to ensure my computer worked properly. The clinican was very patient and provided excellent care.

#72025-11-15

VERY efficient.I loved that.

#82011-05-09 10:24:13

The professionalism was awesome.

#92012-07-03 15:04:31

This is one of the best medical offices that I have visited. I see doctors in the Penn and Bryn Mawr systems and this is by far much better than any of those offices. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. Both doctors are awesome! I have recommended you to family and friends. Keep up the great work!

#102012-12-03 17:05:27

What can we do better?

(answers:373)

just keep up the good work

#12011-04-19 10:17:20

Have some toys or children books in the waiting room

#22025-09-27

It was a perfect experioence, I wouldn't change a thing!

#32025-08-29

Just don't change what you're doing

#42026-02-01

I'm speechless!! I make a living at answering this very question but I can't recommend anything you can do to provide better service. You deserve a high score in all aspects of the practice. One minor detail - I have not yet seen the aesthetician and I have limited experience with you. Maybe patients could complete a survey after they've had a couple of appointments and contact with others. Some valuable feedback may be provided. Oops....I just heard an administrator use the word "cancellation" with a patient. May I suggest other terms like "change in the schedule" or "we'll make time for you". Wouldn't want to give patients the idea that it's ok to cancel. :-) Can you recommend a vascular specialist closer to the area than in Center City?

#52011-06-02 14:18:32

any information on services provided for enhancing skin apperance

#62026-04-03

this is my first time so will let you know as time progresses

#72010-11-02 11:02:24

Maybe some more magazines for the guys. I`ll bring a few in...

#82026-04-16

I do not believe there is a need to improve.

#92010-11-01 14:00:26

Keep it up!
