Send the paperwork to my home address in advance of appointment. Provide better reading material in the reception area.

maybe classical music on the radio? and some hunting and fishing magazines for the men. but the waiting period is so short it may not matter

Your rain spouts put water into the driveway to the back parking lot. As it gets colder, it will freeze and create a dangerous pathway for clients

Cookies and Milk! Seriously, I love coming in and being seen promptly. More importantly, I like the fact that the doctor was not distracted and there was not a single interruption.
