I was impressed that the doctor really listened to me and that she thoroughly answered my questions. Instead of telling me not to worry about things, she explained the nature of the condition and why it wasn't a concern. There was some wait between my initial interview with the medical assistantand my meeting the physician. This wait could have been shorter.

I recommended this practice to a family member but they showed up 15 mins late to their first appt. due to traffic and were turned away (after traveling over an hour to get here). I would suggest on the first visit to allow more leeway for late appointments (try to fit them in) and then explain the late policy for all appointments moving forward.

The only (minor) thing that I was disappointed in was that when I booked the appt. via phone, I was told that in addition to my cosmetic questions and consult, the Dr. would also be able to do my full body check. It turned out that there was not enough time to do both.

this computer system doesnt show the full anser in some cases. and some required tabs shouldnt be required, like cell phone and work phone.
