Friendliness of everyone.
from the minute I walked the reception was wonderful and I saw my doctor very quickly... very little waiting.
Everyone was helpful. The appointment time was met and the service was wonderful.

Dr. was very attentive to my needs and laid out the complete treatment plan, including what may or may not be covered by insurance.

receptionist should not be so quick to refuse insurance before fully understanding the the type of insurance and how it functions
